In order to provide the best guest experience possible, our trips are limited in size.  Availability is secured with a non-refundable deposit on a first come first served basis. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. 
Up to 90 days before the trip start date, if you find a person to take your place, we are happy to transfer your deposit to them.  

We strongly encourage Travel insurance as it can cover unexpected events like injuries, lost luggage, or trip cancellations (under covered circumstances), giving you peace of mind.  We work with Allianz Travel Insurance and recommend the JOURNEY Plan.   You can add the insurance to your cart here.  If you want to select a different Allianz plan, please contact us with the plan you are interested in. 

Because each person may want to travel TO and FROM the location in a unique manner, we have an example for you to use as you look to build your itinerary.
